Final Counts

Information must be received by our offices no later than 10 days before your festival and will serve as your final guarantee, please do not FAX or mail the form faxed to you if you e-mail your counts. YOUR FINAL CHARGES WILL BE BASED UPON THE NUMBERS YOU ENTER BELOW. THESE NUMBERS REPRESENT YOUR GUARANTEED MINIMUM COUNT AND MAY NOT BE LOWERED ONCE RECEIVED (page 15 Director's Guide). Additional tickets will be available at the festival registration desk.
