Package Pricing:
Festival Only package includes 1 Day Admission to Six Flags Over Georgia and a meal in the park.

Festival Only Payment Policy
Atlanta, GA
Payments will be divided into three installments:
- $500 due January 5, 2011.
- 50% of current balance due 75 days before the event.
- Final balance due 30 days before the event.
Festival Only Cancellation Policy
In the event it is necessary for a school to withdraw
from the festival, a full refund will be made provided written cancellation is received 60
days prior to your scheduled adjudication date.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Written cancellation received less than 60 days prior
to adjudication will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00
per person.
Cancellation received less than 30 days before departure
will cause forfeiture of all payments. If payments do
not equal $25.00 per person plus any additional cancellation
penalties, you will be invoiced for the balance.
If written cancellation is not received, all applicable
cancellation penalties will apply.

Festivals of Music offers you the freedom of working
with the travel planner of your choice or planning the
trip on your own. If you are looking for a tour operator
to build a comprehensive overnight package, our partner, EPN Travel Services, can coordinate all the desired aspects of your trip.
