Adjudication Guidelines

All performing organizations will receive a rating. These ratings are based on the following scale:

Superior

90-100

A superior performance for the event and the class of participants being judged; worthy of distinction.

Excellent

80-89.9

An unusual performance in many respects, but not worthy of the highest rating due to minor defects in performance or ineffective interpretation. A performance of distinctive quality.

Good

70-79.9

A good performance, but not outstanding. Showing accomplishment and marked promise, but lacking in one or more essential qualities.

Fair

60-69.9

An average performance not worthy of a higher rating because of basic weaknesses in many of the fundamental factors.

Poor

0-59.9

Much room for improvement. The director should check his/her methods, instrumentation, etc. with those of a more mature organization.
