Final Count Guarantee

We will contact you via facsimile Fifteen days prior to the festival for your final count. This will be the number of tickets (where applicable) and pins reserved for your school. Participant numbers cannot go down after the required guarantee date, and unused park tickets cannot be returned to our office for a refund.

If you fail to respond to the final counts inquiry, you will be responsible for the most recent update listed on your account. Unused park/meal tickets CANNOT be returned for refund following the festival.

It is your responsibility to guarantee your final counts at least 10 days prior to your trip, regardless of receipt of this fax. Please guarantee your counts in writing whenever possible.
