Late Payments

Your account must be paid in full according to the payment schedule listed in the Preliminary Guidelines. Payments not received in the Festivals of Music office as stated in this policy dictates that the group will be removed from the performance schedule and tickets will not be purchased for them. Any deviation from this schedule must be approved by the Accounts Manager and a signed release (provided by Festivals of Music) must be on file in the Festivals of Music office no later than 15 days prior to your performance.

Any final payments in excess of $500 will not be accepted at Registration.
