Payment Schedule

If you are utilizing an outside travel planner, please refer to their information for payment guidelines.

A $500 deposit is due January 5, 2011. Any group registering after January 4th must submit this deposit with their registration.

If the deposit is not received, your group will not be placed in the performance schedule.

The remaining balance is divided into 2 installments, with one half or your balance due 75 days* before the festival. The remaining balance on of your account is due 30 days before the event. Invoices will be mailed to you approximately 1 month before your payment is due.

*It is crucial that this payment arrives on time, or your final invoice will be incorrect.

Any account that had not made any payment by the final payment deadline will be canceled, and their groups removed from the performance schedule. Once a group has been removed due to lack of payment, their account cannot be reinstated.
