Attraction Admission Tickets
All Attraction Admission tickets (where appropriate) will be available at your Adjudication site. You must pick them up upon arrival at the Registration Area. It is your responsibility to verify the number of tickets needed. If you are short tickets or need additional tickets you must purchase them at the Registration Desk before you leave the adjudication site. If you arrive at the park and need additional tickets you will pay gate price and will not be reimbursed by Festivals of Music.
For schools with multiple performing ensembles in different areas (excluding marching events), your tickets will automatically be located wherever you perform first. If you need to “split” tickets between performance sites, please contact your Festivals of Music representative at least two weeks prior to the event.
FESTIVALS OF MUSIC recommends you select one or two chaperones per bus to distribute tickets. Give each chaperone the appropriate number of tickets, and if necessary, a list of who should receive them. It is strongly suggested that tickets are not distributed until your students are exiting the bus to enter the park. This will alleviate any possible problems with lost tickets. FESTIVALS OF MUSIC cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
Bus Drivers
Free admission is at the discretion of each attraction. Please check with your Program Director to verify if a ticket must be purchased.
